It took me about 8-9 months. I dont know if thats considerd good timing or not but I think so, or at least i hope. I would say weight but i lost about 7 or 8 pounds (appendix thingy) so until i gain it back it will remain unsaid. :D

Great progress...did you use a program that specialized in arms or was that from basic compound moves? My arms are my lagging (horribly) bodypart so I was curious...

Kind of the basics with improved dieting and a new routine. :) I just did mass reps on everything. I do hammers, sitting curls, preacher curls, ummm.. I forgot the name of these two but they where shown to me by other people. A preacher curl machine you put on six 10 pounders and each time you rep 5 your spotter takes one weight off and you don’t stop. You leave the last two on and do your last 5 reps. so its 25 reps straight through and I do this for 4 sets. The other thing is kind of like a half way up curl while standing both arms at both times come up but you don’t let your arms down right before they would go straight you hold them there then come up again. All of these I do lower weight but (mass reps) usually 10-20 reps in one set. Before I was doing higher weight less reps.
