Right, So I did some searching and composed a possible diet plan for myself. If anyone could suggest things or tell me what to cut it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks ^_^
Meal 1
2 eggs
1 cup of skim milk
Bowl of oatmeal (Flaxseed oil+quarter cup of raisins)
Meal 2
1 sandwich either tuna, turkey, any other colcuts or salmon or eggs on whole wheat
1 bottle of water
1 apple
1 banana
meal 3
1 sandwich either tuna, turkey, any other colcuts or salmon or eggs on whole weat
1 orange juice
1 bottle of water
1 ounce of almonds
1 apple
1 orange
1 ounce of traw veggies
meal 4
1 cup of skim milk
2 peices of toast whole wheat +jam and peanut butter
1 egg
1 cup of any fruit juice
meal 5
1 cup of skim milk
supper (not a choice, but is usually something high in protein, IE beef caserole or an omelet)
1 bottled water
Meal 6
1 bowl of plain yogurt (+Crushed almonds+Raisins, each about 1 cup+1 sliced banana)
