What are your current goals? How much do you weigh?

regardless of goals - its very heavy on the fruit
cut half the fruit and juices and sub for other carb sources and maybe add some fish oil

I'm with raniali, way to much fruit there
try 1 banana a day and thats it

dont count water in your diet plans, but know that you should drink at least 4 cups a day

make sure your drinking fat free milk, and limit it to 2-3 cups a day as lactose isn't held in the best regard for cutting cycles.

simplify some of your meals like something like this

meal 1
6 egg whites
1 piece of wheat bread

meal 2
yogurt
banana

meal 3
protein sandwich w/ veggies

meal 4
pbj sandwich

meal 5
dinner (whatever mom cooks)

meal 6
yogurt

i agree, less fruit, maybe before bed have some cottage cheese instead of yogurt. also, i'd drop the jam from the PB&J, and make sure its natural peanut butter.

IMO it looks like you are eating a LOT of sugar

I think it would be safe to eat more than 1 piece of fruit per day:)

I would say drink at least a gallon of water day.
