I'm currently cutting and just started WBB routine 1. How much cardio should I do on off days? I try to do at least an hour of running or biking or a combo. I'd like to do more, so I can burn the fat quicker. I'm basically down to one layer of fat right around my waist and a little on my chest.
Typically, I'll run 6-7 miles in an hour on an off day. And 20-30 mins of HIIT on work days.
Too much? Not enough? I'm pretty happy with my muscle gain thus far, and would really like to concentrate on cutting the fat. Getting about 130-160g of protein and 120-150g carbs a day (165lbs).
