Starbucks nutritional info

Does anyone have a link for this? I had a venti white choc mocha this morning, and I'm guessing it has a lot more cals then fitday's "mocha".

And yes, I realize its ridiculous to pay $4 for a coffee.

Holy sh!t. Over 500 calories in the 20 oz drink I had this morning. That is out of control.... I knew mocha had a lot of cals, but that is ridiculous.

well here is what i came up with using calorieking:

made with %2 milk: 562 cals
made with breve: 862 cals
made with nonfat milk: 500 cals
made with soymilk: 538 cals
made with whole milk: 600 cals

Aren't you guys lucky to have a member who works at Starbucks. Anyways, the drinks are not good for you and are a rip off. Still, people buy it. :rolleyes:

If you want the nutritional info for any drink, let me know and I'll go look it up.

The best thing about working there is Starbucks contributing to my diet. I drink a whole bunch of milk while at work and even take advantage of unspecified benefits like grabbing a gallon when I leave :D
