I was taking a nap and my workout partner called to wake me up to workout. I hadn't eaten for three hours and we were in a rush so I quicky downed a cup of cottage cheese, a cup of yogurt and 2 scoops of choc. 100% whey(GNC) in skim milk all this in about a 5-10 min space...then I started to feel sick. We drove to the gym and I still felt very ill to my stomach. I hit a slight rep PR on my deads but failed miserably at everything else and in the end felt that I didn't get a quality workout at all. DO you think they 2 scoops of whey and 12 oz. of milk downed incredibly fast did this?
