Bit of a Boozer

I do quite a bit of drinking, usually about 2-3 nights a week I will drink around 2-3 bottles of wine (each night) as well as rye. No mix usually and if i do its water. I have decided that is where the inner tube is coming from. I feel if I stop for around 4 weeks I should really notice a difference. Am I right? :help:

I am trying to cut back to 2-3 nights a week. I figure that will be a big improvement.
