2 cupps ff milk

4o grams of protein

some sugar free ff whip cream

Seems like that'd be a better meal than PWO. Not really a lot of the simple carbs you want to invoke an insulin response.

I guess you could use it as a meal but it would definitely not be ideal. The pudding when mixed with the milk has about 320 cals and then the protein would contain approximately 160cals. That might be a good idea if you were bulking but for cutting I would stick with something that would cause less of an insulin response so as to help control appetite.

As far as postworkout the milk is not ideal and I think you would be better served sticking with some dextrose/malto along with some protein.

your the man bradley i will eat it as kind of a cheat meal then something to snack on when i get a garbage food urge
