Subject says it all. I eat white tuna daily, but I need more calories and fat, and was thinking of adding the sardines (I like em too.). Also, are sardines a good source of omega-3s? I know I can hear the masses screaming for natty PB already.

The sardines would be fine to eat for some extra omega 3's but they do have a lot of sodium. If you like salmon it is also a good source of omega 3's and protein, but I would not consider natty pb a good source of omega 3 fatty acids.
