alright check this out. I just whipped this up and it tastes pretty darn good. This is great for anyone who is bulking up and needs something that they can make the night before or throw together quickly in the morning to bring to work.
2c brown rice
3oz chicken breast
1.5tsp olive oil
Mix these three up in a bowl, then add hot sauce to taste and then sprinkle lightly with splenda. It gives it a sort of sweet and sour taste. Really tasty...heres the stats:
cals: 500
carb: 70g
Prot: 30g
fat:11g
