when cutting, which would u remove first? :) i'd say fructose..or atleast remove the fruit juices with regular fruit..then perhaps the lactose (milk)?

i'd say fructose, and then lactose. usually with lactose you also get some amount of protein in the food with the lactose (milk). as for fructose, i dont know many foods that have a lot of fructose with a decent amount of protein.

I really don't think it will make that much of a difference unless you are trying to get rid of that last little bit of bf.

I would recommend cutting out the fruit juices before milk, but I would cut out milk before whole fruit. Whole fruit contains a lot of beneficial nutrients and also fiber:)
