On cutting phase, is it okay to include something like KFC stuff once on the sunday??Only one meal on sunday..

thx ppl~I am only in the first week of cutting..
and I already miss the time i gulped everything for bulkup..

I am eating really clean and no cheat so far..
Only sunday is when I off from workout and I just saw the KFC commercial on TV..I m going to get KFC stuff now..hope that will help losing bodyfat..

my cheating days look like this:

Breakfast: Oatmeal Cream Pies :evil:, vanilla protein shake mixed w/ skim milk and OJ, natty PBJ sandwich on ww bread.

Mid-morning snack: 4 muffins(banana nut bread/blueberry)

Lunch: Go out and get applebee's, or chick-fil-a, wendy's, GOLDEN CORRAL(ultimate refeed restaurant), waffle-house, johnny carino's, etc... I get dessert too!

Snack: Whatever is left in the pantry :evil:

dinner: 2 natty pbj sandwiches, fruit, steak, chicken, whatever

before bed snack: protein shake, fruit + cottage cheese(PINEAPPLES)

MMMM, Trans Fatty Acids :evil:

somehow this has been working extremely well for me, I wouldn't advise you to try it though unless you're below 10% and have extremely high metabolism

You can check out the sticky at the top of the forum which has a lot of good info. If you are around 15%bf then incorporating a cheat day would have some metabolic benefits as well. That is if you are eating over maintenance on your cheat day, but a planned refeed would work better than KFC:D

I also go to GOLDEN CORRAL for my cheat days!:drooling:
