good lord that is a lot of miles. are are some of your goals? trying toose weight? train for a marathon?

maybe you could also try some HIIT

No, goals no marathon. I just use running to keep fat down. Not really trying to lose fat right now, but I wouldnt mind if a pound or two went away.

Yes I lift weights. I do a lot of cardio because it keeps me in shape in addition to feeling good. Donít you like that feeling after you workout or run, where you just want to collapse from exhaustion. :redface:
