Anybody see any problems with drinking this as an MRP assuming I mix some whey in with it. Does it have a lot of sugar??

It does contain a high amount of sugar per serving. I believe 1 can has 35g of sugar. You would be better off IMO mixing up some whey with milk, or maybe whey with oats.

actually, would it even be that good post-workout? what type of sugar is in the MRP's? if its maltodextrine or dextrose it'd be ok. but i dont think it is. (i dont look @ the nutritional info on slim-fast very often)

you are right but if he is going to drink it at all that would be the best time. Anything that says diet on it should go in the bin anyway

I believe the majority of the sugar in Slim Fast is from lactose and sucrose and it contains 10g of protein.

It would probably cheaper to just go with whey and dextrose if you were looking for a postworkout shake.
