I see olive oil as a "good fat". Could I just eat black olives to get some? I know the amount won't be as concentrated, but there would be a little fiber, not to mention the "snackability".

I eat black olives almost every day, but the calories add up pretty quick if you overdo it. I plowed through a whole can one night, then after reading the label, I realized that I ate 20 grams of fat and 250 calories.

You'll have to eat kilos of olives to get a decent amount of O3 from them. Not a good choice for that.

Olives and Olive Oil Are both good sources of healthy monounsaturated fats, but not that great for omega's. I strongly recommend Nuts for snacking for EFA's - it's worked for me.
