That picture was taken 10 mins before I made the post :)
My main goal is the stick with it and get into shape..
After that, I'll set bigger goals..
Working 2 jobs and raising 2 young girls is hard work, not much time to hit the weight :(

Geez, don't post so much information about your training or diet! :p

Have you lost any weight since you've started?

first off...didn't tell you in my last post...but congrats on starting up a journal...second...you don't need an array of machines to work your legs. It looks like you have a barbell, a series of plates, and a dumbbell. That's all you need really. you can do squats, deadlifts, db leg curls, lunges, sldl's, bentover rows, shrugs, dumbell rows, and a ton of other things I can't even think of right now with what you have. You're only limited by your imagination, and possibly the need for a rack if you want to go really heavy.

I don't know exactly what your goals are, but you might want to consider using heavier weights. From what I have read, this helps to build the muscles bigger.

Anyhow, props on starting the journal. Nice to have you around. Good luck on your goals!

I been sick the last couple of days and missed one workout :(
I'm starting to see some gains and weight lost :)
Also I'm taking "creatine burst" 30 mins before my workout, I notice better respones..
I need some pointers "if anyones reading" on some home gym back excerises.
Started with heavier weight and less reps and started workin my legs.
I'll post a month later picture soon

dont bother with supps like creatine burst... however, you CAN purchase some creatine monohydrate. mix 1 tablespoon in a post workout drink

saves you money and actually DOES work
