Yeah, I hear you man. I think people really underestimate the impact of knowing how to hit your poses. I think it's something that almost needs to be coached before you actually get good at it, and the differences it makes can be huge.

I watched some of the posing assistance videos on bodybuilding.com, but I still don't think I hit them very well. It also didn't help that my camera was on a 10 second delay, and trying to either hold a pose for many seconds, or time it sure fookin made it tough, and had me gassed real quick. :D
