Big & Tall

Alright, so this does have a few carbs, but not that many--as long as you don't have a HUGE piece, should fit nicely into a ckd:
You will need:
3 packages full fat (philly) cream cheese
2 x 6oz bags almonds
butter
splenda
no-sugar vanilla extract
2 jumbo eggs
Basically, just follow the recipe on the philadelphia cream cheese package, but with the following modifications:
In crust, replace graham cracker crumbs with finely ground almonds. Around 9 oz. worth should make a decent crust, but you will need to use twice the butter (about 2 tbsp)
In cake, replace flour with ground almonds as well.
Of course, replace sugar with splenda.
It makes a good cheesecake. Not a good approximation for a keto food, but actually a pretty good cheesecake :) And around 30ish carbs (net) for the whole thing! Like I said, just eat small pieces, and it can be a real life saver when another piece of bacon would make you barf.
Oh, this recipe is reduced a little, because I found the one one the package made 2 pretty good size cheesecakes
