My gym

just found out they have a website.

Its a very small hardcore gym.
Alot of juicers, alot of competitors, one recently won the dutch championship.

They have no state of the art equipment, and they shouldn`t really... and they play this really loud music like hardbass, hardstyle, hardhouse, terror, hardcore.

fee is like 30 bucks a month, unlimited access. opened 9:30-22:00.

Notice the posing room in the pics, with the mirror and the wood and the downlighting.

Notice the trophies in the hall, there are more now, and there are more near the bar.

Are a lot signs in Holland in English?

I perfer a gym with lots of chrome weights, ferns in the corner, state-of-the-art equipment, cold A/C, softly playing classical music and a juice bar. :p :p :p

OMG Spinal Tap is the best. I am laughing now like an idiot in a building by my self trying to come up with another good quote. On the gym looking kinda not so hardcore... Europe is just a different culture. When I went to nijmegen the police had stands set up to serve beverages or something. I remember joking with some buddies that they would pull you over for speeding and offer you a foot rub.

250 kg 551 lbs bench raw for 2 reps

300 kg raw deadlift 661 lbs

320 kg 705 lbs legal depth squat
