Here ya go bro ,the back shot is some 6/7 months old and the chest is last years.i was 195lbs on these now im at 210lbs but bf is a little higher but im bulking so i'll get it soeted once im done with the mass.Been training for 3 years now.BTW thx alot for the compliments guys your realy are too kind i think i still got a long way to go,but hey as they say a journey of a thousand miles starts with a step.

Your arms and delts are behind, but that's because the rest is ahead (logical isn't it?)

I'm 24 and heres my stats at the moment more or less.

I do agree with you Sinep my arms and shoulders haven't grown as they should have, probably due to my approach in training them before.Shoulders not enough weights and arms too much training ie over training but hopefully this should be rectified with time.

You look great, nice chest and back.

Your waist is not 30", remeasure it (you measure at navel level all the way around with the stomach relaxed).

What primary back exercises do u do that u rely to bulk up? Do u do pullups as well? thx in advance.

Lat pull ups front.barbell Bent over rows,T-Bar rows colse grip and dumbell rows, sometimes ill do cable behind the neck pull downs when im feeling lazy to finish off but normally i don't touch any cable execises.Total 12 sets of 4 diffrent exercises.

maybe I should give up on them and just start different types of rows. Your back is what I aim for you look good.

I know deads are not for width just thicknes and strenth any way just curious.

No i never do deads nothing against the exercise itself as ive heard alot of people say good things about it but i don't think it works for me.My diet is nothing special im a man who likes meat anyway even if i wasn't into bbuilding i think i would still eat a big steak anytime anywhere.carbs i try and keep them at a medium level.
