well, after taking a long look at THIS (http://g.msn.com/0US!s8.559_6217/92.b39/4??cm=SlidePane) , I have begun dreaming of my cheat day(planned refeed :angel: ),
craving cookies, cakes, pies, ice cream, floats :drooling:
most likely I will eat at Johnny Carino's (Country Italian joint) and that will probably be my only cheat meal this week, but I'd like to fall asleep thinking about some of this http://fp.image.homeadvisor.com/images/recipes/images/NESTL/1092-Large.jpg ...
anyone have some good HEALTHY recipes for desserts? natty peanut butter cookies? anybody?:scratch:
NOTE - I'm not breaking. I'm thinking ahead :p . cravings usually end on Saturdays, but I've changed my refeed day from Saturday to Sunday for this week (father's day lunch).
