I'm 18, 6'0 and 200 lbs. I think my bf is around 15, I used some electric test thing a while ago. Nothing too impressive here.

Quads look like a strong point, they kinda overshadow your calves in that first pic.

Just wondering, how much do you squat?

haha. I'll be in Ft. Bragg in about 2 week for AIT. :)

I've lifted for football and mostly olympic style the past 2 years, that's probably why my quads are better. I plan to do more of a focus on bodybuilding now though.

415 ATF is most def respectable for any reps I was just wondering.

Like Rastaman said, your upper body needs to catch up to those massive wheels.

what do your quads measure there anyway?

When doing squats properly, quads are probably one of the muscles you workout least in your upper body. The most work should be done with the glutes and hamstrings....just thought I'd point that out :)
