You look great. You certainly have nice control of your bodyfat. You don't seem to loose much muscle when you diet. Post the bulked pic for comparison.

SHIATE, a year ago your were relatively small. 7 months later your bulked huge. A few more months your still large and becoming signifigantly cut. Excellent work :thumbup:

LOl thanks sav i actually had shorts on but the digi ate through batteries and it wasnt untill after my shower i figured a way to spare some battery life


damnit i forgot to take a traps shot ohwell i will do one next time my traps have really exploded i even have a few guys at the gym calling me traps and you know what i love it :)

Do heavy weights give you an edge in fighting or is it the norm for fighters to be in the gym punchin weights?

westy i lift heavy( for me) so i have more strength because i am not a good technical ground fighter i need to overpower my opponant to keep from losing once it goes to the ground. However when i am training hard for a fight i rarely lift this is because sparring is so hard on my joints i usually cant for several days after a session. If i do major bag work my figners are usually too sore/stiff to grip any weight. So really the only time to lift is when i am working on ground technique

You might need to work on the shoulders and chest a little bit. Its not that your shoulders are small but that your traps overpower them. You chest could use a little bit more mass but it has a nice shape so you might not too much trouble doing that.

thanks for the comments homeyield i would like to work shoulders harder but i cant do any shoulder presses or only do them with minimal weight because i have bad shoulders
I would be interested in what else you might have me do for chest i have my workouts in my journal
