what if I want to enjoy it?

I like oatmeal and I don't want every meal to be something I force myself to do. The day I stop enjoying my entire diet is the day I change my diet.

Cinnamon is just a spice and does not contain sugar or anything of that nature.

i go with various fruits, ie banana, pear and apple. that makes the whole experience more tasty.

sometimes flax and always always cinnamon. watery oatmeal? BLAH! use a little milk instead of water, not too much milk or it will look like paper mache and taste like it too.

what does si mean? is it an acronym?

someone else here said unsweetened applesauce. i've tried that and that's pretty good too. my fav is mixing in the banana as you cook it. the heat really brings out the sweetness of the banana.

might want to be careful about heating the flax though.

he meant to type "is" not "si"

actually he meant to say something like : is cinnamon bad? or cinnamon isn't bad? and instead wrote something terribly confusing for everyone who doesn't have dyslexia.

LOL@ Raniali!

I like cinnamon and fruits. Raisins too. If I'm in a hurry though I'll mix a little bit more water in it and just shovel it in. Its easier to eat with more water in it.

i think he meant to type 'SO'

I and O are next to each other,

and the phrase

'Is cinnamon isnt bad?'

doesnt make any sense...

'So cinnamon isnt bad?'

is much more understandable

ill shut up now...:read:

A big scoop of chocolate whey stirred right in does the job for me... after eating it on it's own again and again anythings an improvement!

I would still recommend not putting the flax on your cooked oatmeal unless you allow the oatmeal to cool down completely. It takes very little heat to break down flax oil.
