I thought if I kept a journal then I'd be more likely to stick to my plans. Weight right now, 195. I don't really have any goals, just to get leaner... and to look better than the rest of ya.

I didn't sit down with my calculator yet but I'm trying to get approx. 2500 calories (I probably get more right now).

Today I needed some underarm desodorant so I had to run all the way up the hill (big hill). That was my first cardio session in a while. I went to workout right after, that's when I decided that I would not do my cardio before my workout next time, it takes too much of your energy. My strenght was there though. I will up my protein to a little over 300g and my carbs to 250g. I will lower my ground beef intake, too much fat in it. Too bad I have my freezer filled with beef. I don't have any chicken right now but that will become a big part of my diet soon. Today was a hot day and girls dressed in mini-skirt, thought I'd mention that.

Weighted myself today at 194. I feel like I have no energy, I'm gonna see where I am with my calories, I may bump it to 2700. Today I did legs, I got scared when I was doing 900 and went low and couldn't bring it back up... I was thankful the safety blocks were on.

Today I did arms. My weight is relatively the same , give or take a few gm. I'm gonna start doing some more cardio.

My diet is going well. I'm down about 4-5 pounds and it seems like most of it is from my waist. My strenght is pretty much the same and I'm lowering my carbs to 160g/day. I'm doing cardio every now and then. I told this guy I would meet him at an upcoming show in April... that may just be gym talk right now but I think it would be cool to make another show.

I bought for 260$ CDN worth of chicken and beef yesterday, that should last me for a while. Trained bicep yesterday, I get some of those pumps, I think it has to do with the amount of carbs I am getting, not too much but just enough. I'm down to 188-189. I'm not lowering my calories until I stall but I'm already pretty far low, I don't think I get more than 2100-2200 calories per day, but I'm not hungry and its going well right now.
