Alright...stats are:

6' 2.5"
205lbs.
12% BF

Big ups to anyone checking me and my progress out...

I am currently on a CKD lifestyle, some choose to call it a diet, but we all know the real truth.

I guess I can't say what my real goals are, I guess I have pretty good size already with good definition, but I would like to get a little more cut in the torso area...meaning I would like to be shredded but maintain my mass.....

Of course I am never satisfied with how much I put up in the gym, so I guess that is a starting goal, to increase strength and power.

I have been lifting seriously for about 9 months now. I work a 4 day split with 3 days cardio:

Sunday am: low intensity cardio
Sunday pm: shoulders/biceps/traps
Monday pm: chest/triceps/back
Tuesday pm: recreational basketball~1 hour
Wednesday pm: Legs (so help me god)
Thursday pm: hiit X 12 minutes
Friday pm: depletion workout (4 full body circuits)
Saturday: Maintain carb-up continued from Friday post workout

Supplements: the obvious/standard: Optimun whey (chocolate mint--my god is it good) and creatine (Prolab creapure)
ECA: Hydroxadrine/Guggobolic
Multi: GNC Gold with additional 2000mg Vitamin C
EFA: Serious Flax oil
oh yeah, and serious metamucil!!

6 meals a day:
720am-4 whole eggs 2 bacon strips
10am-1 can tuna/1 tbsp. fatty mayo/1 HB egg
1245pm-1 fatty hot dog/2oz. cheddar/5 slices salami
330pm-same as meal 2
PW shake (dextrose/creatine/whey) 645pm
830pm-halibut/salmon/broccoli/asparagus
11pm (1 tbsp. flax)

Roughly 1.5 gallons H20/day

Would like to be cut up like it was no one's business...I begin my ECA stack tomorrow (wednesay 6/18)....will keep this posted with results....

Wednesday 6/18:

Cycled in Hydroxadrine/Guggulbolic for the first time today:

1 pill of HXY @ 1230pm, the other @ 515pm, right before my WO
1 pill G @ 1230pm, another @ 3pm, the other @ 515pm

Don't want to overkill too quickly, gradually bump up to 4 HXY/day and 6 G/day.

Clean diet today:
720am: 4 eggs
1230pm (@ a Dr. appt. from 10-1230; couldnt eat) Fatty Sausage/1.5 oz. swiss
3pm: 4oz. chicken with skin/1 HB egg/1 oz. pepper jack cheese/lots of pork rinds
515pm: legs
7pm: PW shake
830: 8oz. meat (steak) salad with olive oil
11pm: 1 tbsp. Flax oil

Didnt have a chance to weigh myself today but I will tomorrow...

Today is a 15min session of hiit at 5. I ate at 630am this morning then I popped 2 HXY and 1 G, not anywhere near hungry yet and it is already 910.

Anyone know about stacking Hxydroxadrine with Xenadrine, say 2 HXY upon wake up and 2 Xenadrine pre WO?

Thursday 6/19:

Hiit session @ 15 min. with my buddy Luke....it was nice running with him because everytime I train with him I am on the brink of vomiting....

Meal 1 @ 640am: 4 eggs whole, 2 pieces bacon/2 Hydroxadrine/30mg. Guggolsterones
Meal 2 @ 11am: 2 hot dogs/1 oz. pepper jack
Meal 3 2 130pm: 5 oz. steak/1 cup broccoli/1 oz. cheddar/.5 cup almonds/30mg. Guggolsterones
Meal 4@ 4pm: 2 hot dogs/1 hard boiled egg
520pm: hiit session preceeded by 2 xenadrine/30mg. Guggol
550pm: PW shake: 15g dextrose/20g whey/5 g creatine
8pm: large chef salad/5 chicken wings/.5 cup peanuts

Today I felt good but still a little round in the mid section...thinking about coming off CKD next week, moving slowly to a 40/40/20...havent made up my mind yet....

Tomorrow is depletion day with Luke @5pm, then carb-up. I am going to make a valiant effort to make my carb-up clean this time, considering I was a freaking pig last weekend. I will eat only low GI carbs, especially oatmeal and fiber one, maybe some frosted flakes, and potatoes...

I also have suppressed my appetite which sucks because I feel like i might be eating muscle

how is the HIIT going? ive heard some different opinions about HIIT while on keto, and that HIIT while on a keto diet should be limited.

my hiit sessions are tough, but they get done. I dont do them for too long (inbetween 12-15 min) and usually complete about 8-9 laps around a standard track while doing this (warm up and down included). I don't sweat as much as when i do my 30-40 low intensity cardio, but i for sure feel my heart about to explode...you think my cardio is too much? I dunno, it is safe to say i am a bit perplexed right now as to what I want to do...CKD/40-40-20/hiit/low intensity...
