I was going to remove this thread and pm the people involved, but I am now going to make a point of this in public.
Granted this thread was posted in the wrong forum and also its probably a newbie question but the replies in this thread are RIDICULOUS to say the least.
Come on people, we are supposed to be a helpful bunch here so quit with the bull****, because that’s exactly what it is, no beating around the bush.
From now on we are going to crack down on people that are bringing down the quality of the forum with their degeneration encouraging posts. People will be warned and banned as they reach 3 strikes. I have had enough of this.
So people keep it clean.
No one minds a bit of joking, but I am sure everyone agree the above is just too much.
Any questions pm me.
Thanks.

to answer the question, supplements really aren't necessity, if nething just some protein shakes and creatine, thats all,
what u really need to do is lift hard, rest well, eat a lot, just do some reasearch on the site using the search engine to get the basics down, it should answer most of your questions, if u can't find the answer to one, just post it here and at least a few of us will answer your question.
Its generally considered difficult to lose fat and gain muscle simultaneously.
O yeah, if u choose to do them, steroids help a lot.

For the losing fat part, if you substitute less processed carbs (whole-grain breads, whole fruits not juiced) for more processed carbs (white bread, pasta) in your diet it will help a lot. Do a search in the forums for "glycemic index" and you'l find lots on this subject. It really helps.
A little cardio helps a lot, too. Thirty minutes three times a week will do more than you think it will, and if you're diligent about the low glycemic index carbs at the same time, and do some lifting. . .you won't worry about the supplements.
Don't listen to the commercials on the radio about carb burners which allow you to eat pizza and drink beer and watch TV and get a six pack. That's vitamin BS. If anyone ever makes that work, they'll be richer than Bill Gates in about six weeks and all over the news, so don't wonder if the latest new "breakthrough" touted on the radio works. If one works, you'll KNOW about it real fast.
