Since the search function is apparenly broken, can anyone tell me when I can refeed? I am weighing in at about 210 in the buff when I wake up and I'm at about 14-15% bf. I am cutting on 3000 cals...but I might knock it down to 2800 in a few days.

i would refeed at least once a week.
you could also try adding a planned extra meal once or twice during the week as well. i have found both work effectively.

I agree, but really if you are feeling like sh!t than do it more frequently. Remember that refeeds are not bingefest like I sometimes have a tendency of doing so controlled refeeds can be done more frequently depending on your feeling and whether or not you hit your plateus.

i've heard a refeed once a week is good, mainly if you are under 15% bf i believe.

I would consider going from 3000 to 2800 cals a small decrease in cals.:)

I'm going to refeed once a week but I'm unsure of which day is best to do it. I train monday, tuesday, thursday, and friday. I do HIIT on saturday and sometimes on wenesdays. When do you think its best for me to refeed? I was doing it on saturday but now I'm reading it's best to do it on a training day. ???

I think it would fine to stick with the refeed after the HIIT session on Saturday.

I'm a girl once every 2 weeks for me and I think I'm eating real strict, my cals are 1400-1600, guys average cutting is at 3000 cals and they complain!!

Depending on bf%, degree of calorie deficit, and how you feel in general you might find that a smaller refeed once a week would be more beneficial than refeeding once every 2 weeks.
