re-arrangement of forums

As most will be able to see we did a bit of forum re-arrangement of the forums today.

This is because when we started the categories were not named and designed for our growth really. We also wanted to introduce a powerlifting/olympic lifts forum for the growing powerlifting interest here.

I hope you all like the new re-arrangement, and post any opinions you have in the feedback forum :)
