Ok to lose quick pounds (only for weight ins for work) this is what I do, drink a **** load of water 5 days out then the last day drink nothing but diet pepsi (i eat too so don't think i'm anorexic or something). Quick weight loss. I only do this for those weight ins we have. Anybody ever tried this or something similar? I'v heard of lowering sodium intake?

may I ask why your job requires weigh ins? wrestling? boxing?

I'm in the army. :) I'm usually 2-3 pounds over the max weight. I pass the tape tests but I just don't like getting tape makes me feel like a fat ass.

Yeah thats just a water trick. I'm not sure about drinking the diet pop the last 2 days though. I though you were supposed to drink a ton of for about a week, then cut that in half for a day or 2. Then the day your weighing in drink as very little as possible up to weighin time.
