Friday, 6/20-Depletion WO
I have recently put a lot of thinking into coming of my CKD plan, slowly but surely...with that in mind, I went ahead with my depletion workout at 530pm.
720am: 4 eggs
1020am: 1 sausage/1 hot dog/ 1 oz cheese
120pm: 2 hot dogs/1 HB egg
4pm: 2 apples
7pm: PW Shake
830: whey + oatmeal made with skim milk
midnight: fiber one/shredded wheat with skim milk
Saturday:
9am: 2 whole wheat bagels with egg whites/tomatoes/spinach mix
1230pm: 1 cup oatmeal with strawberries
4pm: 1 cup oatmeal with skim milk/whey
730pm: 6 oz. mahi mahi/mashed potatoes/ french bread
10pm: 1 piece of chicken/broccoli/3 bites fat free cappuchino ice cream with whip cream
Day off from training, but did play a little hoop
Sunday:
noon: 1/2 cup oatmeal/7 egg whites/1 egg yolk
4pm: 1 can tuna with lettuce/mustard
515pm: shoulders/traps/biceps--hiit session on treadmill
7pm: PW shake
9pm: beef brisket/salad
oh yeah, all three days were stacked with my normal ECA/guggulsterones/multi...ya know
Looking good, in the mirror at least, took some pics with a digital camera, having difficulty posting, will try again tonight...
till tomorrow...got chest/back/triceps today
