so i gave in and have now started counting calories.. its time to get serious

how does this look as far as my diet is concerned?

im getting about 40% carb, 30% protein, 30% fat

im looking to bulk up... what should i add? modify? or even remove from my diet?

im currently at 160/165 lbs looking to bump it up to about 185

i would definitely choose better sources of protein than relying on wheat bread and soy nuts.

your diet should be built around adequate protein and EFAs and filling in the gaps with carbs.

chxn breast is fine
the lunch meat is questionable (i prefer whole foods instead of processed, additive-laden substitutes)
lean cuts of beef are good
tuna and all fresh fish are good
eggs/whites are good
whey protein is good

maybe try to get some fish oils or flaxseed oil for some EFA's
