so i gave in and have now started counting calories.. its time to get serious

how does this look as far as my diet is concerned?
im getting about 40% carb, 30% protein, 30% fat
im looking to bulk up... what should i add? modify? or even remove from my diet?
im currently at 160/165 lbs looking to bump it up to about 185
