Posted some in my journal, but since I worked on my tan for the last couple of days I thought I would finally post some up here. No leg pics today, my camera conviently died just when I was about to snap some.

Some notes: currently 162-164lbs. I'm always on a bulk. Goal for August 1st was 175, I'd be happy with 170.

You have a really really good base. You've got some nice size as well for someone who's only 164lbs. Good luck with the bulking.

thanks for the comments everyone. Legs should be posted tonight or tomorrow. They are def. my weak point. I'll look more like 164 when you see those. :cry: Lean has never been an issue, i guess I'm lucky in that regards.

God! I feel like I have such a huge gut now. Well, I just decided to start lifting. Would beginning with WBB Routine 1 help me lose weight and bulk up? Or am I just gonna be accomplishing nothing?

I never want to hear you complain about your physique or your lack or arm size bro. I have have 40 lbs on you but you look a HELL of a lot better than I do. Great chest/arm size, and low bf is simply impressive. How big are those guns?

Edit: I just checked your journal and realized you have 4 years more experience than me at lifting and you;re 3 years older. Makes me feel slightly better...

justin last time I checked my arms are about 14.5 inches, small. They however do get me alot of complimants since its normally the only muscle people see on me. I look really small with clothes on, people always are shocked when they see me with my shirt off.

Hey man the measurements dont do you justice, they look damn good for 14 inchers...you are just well proportioned.

Wow lookin great, really give some hope for us little guys to look good with our smaller frames. Can you possibly post your diet and cardio routines, because i need to know how you got so shredded.

Kforce, Ferdo: You can check out my rountine, diet, supps, etc. in my journal. To summarize quickly. I eat very clean. I've always been lucky with having a low bfat. I have a hard time putting on weight, but when I do it is normally only muscle. Only supps I take are creatine, lots o protein powders/mrp's, and xenadrine(pre-workout only).

Moses: I appreciate the comment. I'm sure when you drop down the bf you'll look pretty shredded. It sounds like you have a solid build to work with.

Man.... very impressive.

U weigh about as much as me and have a very similar build. Are those measurments flexed or unflexed?

I know you're doing well but I'd suggest if you could bare losing your abs for a while that maybe you should put some fat on and go on a bulk.

westy i'm always on a bulk :) I ate about 4200 kcals yesterday, and about 5200 the day before.
