How would I go about getting my skin to look PAPER thin, so it clings onto my muscles giving me that shredded look? Something I can possibly do longterm to keep the look going? Right now I'm guessing that I'm about 5-7% bodyfat...

Edit: What can I do NUTRITION wise that is. Don't move the post ;/

nutrition wise, it seems like you already have that down, or you're not eating anything at all.

try HIIT(high intensity interval training) to shed off that last bit of fat. look at the sticky in the training forum for more details.

IMO you shouldn't change your routine to accomodate your diet on a cut

kazzy, try HIIT!
