Hi there. when i was 14 yrs old, i had fallen of a bike and had a minor fracture in my left wrist. it recovered after a yr or so and when i started lifting just 60kg at the age of 18, that same wrist started hurting again, so i had to take a break again.
however, i'm now 20 and am VERY serious about my training and mas building (am eating 6 meals a day, etc).
i've started doing light weights to get bak into my routine, and have also started taking cod liver oil and glucosamine tablets 3x a day, in the hope that they will strengthen my wrists and stop them from "clicking" occasionally.
i'll b moving on to heavier weights in a month or so. am i doing the right thing to sort my wrists out, and also, what else could i take to accelerate the strength in my wrists?
