Its pretty much the same as a caffeine pill. Bradley is right don't expect much. Maybe if you usually don't take any caffeine.

However, I think green tea is better for fat burning. The caffeine releases slower, making it better for fat burning and it has antioxidants and other goodies in it.

As far as caffeine content goes, green tea does not contain near the amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee. I believe green tea contains 14-37mg per serving and coffee contains anywhere from 60-120mg.

Yup, that's correct bradley. Coffee is going to wake you up more, but the tea will do more for burning fat based on equal caffeine doses. Not sure on a cup for cup basis though.
