The angle was a little funny in this one, it made my left tricep look worse than it really is.

This one looks decent. Note I did no back training, so there is no pump. Normally bodybuilders will get the lats pumping first.

Have you been slimming down, Chris?

Looks good.

Careful you don't crap your pants in that second pic Chris! :p

Great development as usual. You look a tad more cut this time, have you dropped bf at all? Bicep peak looks really good, and of course, as usual, the back looks great. You seem to have sorta the same genetic makeup that I have for lots of areas, from me looking at myself in the mirror anyway. Of course I'm not *as* developed and such, but I'm trying, was just speaking of actual muscle shape and proportion.

You know, I haven't been intentionally cutting per se, I haven't really cut calories, but I have dramatically cleaned up my diet. I have cut my salt intake quite a bit and eat no fast foods or simple sugars (except for once a week or so). I have upped my protein intake and I drink a smoothie for lunch every day. I make the smoothie with fruit, skim milk, and protein powder.

The backshot is the most impressive thing I've seen from you yet, truly impressive.

And it DOES look like you've lost quite a bit of (water?) weight and slimmed up. Still looking big, of course.

Dude, you look a lot leaner. Nice taper in the second pic. You should put up a couple older shots for comparison.

It's seems stupid, but if you would be shaved, tanned and just a couple % leaner... would would be Freaking awesome. (you already are, but you know what I mean; even more so)

Chris, you're looking very good. I especially like the 2nd pose, it suits you very well, especially with the back you've built.

I know it's not your main priority, but like other have said, with another drop in BF you would look monstrous.

You look incredible in that second pic. Very impressive. Has your back always been a strong point or is it something you have brought up over time?

You look damn good, man. I'd agree with these folks, you look like you've leaned up a good deal as well!

Thanks all. I was out of town for the weekend so I haven't been checking the site.

One day I will get a bit leaner. I will continue to eat good and see what happens.

Cut, why would I do something like that???

Lol, thanks for the nice compliments.

As to the scale, I haven't weighed myself in months, I have no idea.

I'll just keep eating good and training and see what comes of it. My main goal is to increase my strength without adding bodyfat.

Sorry I never answered this. My back has always been a strength. It blew up right from the get-go.

Chris: Whats your arms about 16.5 17?

Sinep
07-08-2003, 08:32 AM
I'd give his arms 18"

chris mason
07-08-2003, 11:11 AM
I measured my right arm at 18.4" cold a couple of months ago. Sheesh, no respect...

ElPietro
07-08-2003, 11:13 AM

I'd like to see a video and 5 major forms of identification. :p

I thought they were closer to 19"? Is 18.4" the largest they've been?

chris mason
07-08-2003, 12:26 PM
No, when I was younger and did a little "supplementing" they were 19.5". If I could get to 19" again clean, without being a blob, I would be very happy.

Sinep
07-08-2003, 01:42 PM
Ah damn, I shouldn't of edited my message , I had originally said 18" going onto 18.5 , well , 18" is close enough
