*Biggest complain gym changed the damn bench press, and this one is so uncomfortable!!!!!!!!! I went from 224 to 170 on the new bench this is messed up!!(Im serious the pain on shoulders sucks, Im constantly hitting the rack thing on top, its a mission!Hopefully I get the hang of it soon!).

Putting Outline of my whole routine soon. Starting AS soon.

*Got some nolva in hand just in case.

Clomid Theraphy 12 days after last Test ethn shot. clomid day 1 300mg, next 10 days 100mg/ed, last 10 days 50mg ed

Starting July 7, Monday.

Ok reason for running DBOL so low, is I suffer from high Blood pressure, and I dont wanna aggrevate it by running the DBOL any longer than I have too. Im just using it to fill in the gap, that it takes the Test Ethn to kick in..

Also in effort to lower my blood Pressure, I will be taking a herbal Diuretic(Chroma Slim Water Pill). This is stacked to my already prescribed medicine for BP (atenolol 25mg ed).

Ok been thinking about my training routine, for my first AS cycle. And well This looks like the first weeks routine, some what HST. I call it Warrior Training Routine.:D

Monday: (chest + bicep)

**The squats really tired me, even on my second workout I tried to finish, this was 7 hours later, but still not able too. The dbol strength gains still arent here.

Just my opinion, but you might want to take a rest day in there...maybe do some light cardio to keep the ticker up to snuff.

Ok I started today, DBOL today split it up every 3 to 4 hours(gotta find time in between work). The test Ethn my girl was having a hard time shooting in, so instead this week of injections on monday and thursday (250mg each) we did all 500mg today. All feels good my BP seems ok, slight headache, a little blur vision after my first dbol, but has since subsided. Will post to see if I end up, with big pain. (since its QV, some report pain.) Going in it didnt hurt though.

7/8/03
Day after, a little sore, in the injection spot. Looks normal. Not to painful. I used QV Test Ethn 500mg (Batch #010). So far no gains to report yet.

7/12/03

Ok the soreness got worse around the 9th, but no redness or anything, it was ok, as long as I didnt touch it, or sat on something hard. But today 6 days later, Im still sore to touch, but barely noticable. I feel a lump on the injection site, but my girl says otherwise..


7/14/03

Second injection again 500mg! First time in, blood came out. So we switched to left cheek, everything went fine, massaged and put some heat. (small amount of oil came out when I pulled Out)


7/16/03

Man QV shots really hurt after a while! Man my left check is super sore! I cant sit, down right lol! I massaged after shot, heating pad on after. Heated up the oil, before shooting. And still sore! This is the only thing stopping me from shooting on mondays and thursdays.

Up 7lbs in 6 days. I started with the herbal diuretic, but dropped it 3 days into, as I was seeing nothing. 3 days later I gained this insane amout of weight. I have been noticing that I get sore from a workout in hours after it, as oppose to being the day after. Im psyched about this cycle, but will start again herbal diuretic, as it was doing a good job of keeping the water off. My diet consist of around 3000-3500 calories daily. (Around 180g of protein.)Sometimes more. Strength gains have been, coming after the drop of the diuretic, but so has increase in BP. Acne, has been kept under control, somewhat, thanks to Stridex, and just about anything you can get off walgreens shelf.
I might be adding a fat burner, soon to keep some fat off the frame, as the mirror shows im blowing up, but everyone says im getting fatter. The fatburner will be used lightly, just to give me a slight metabolism rise, till the test ethn kicks in. There will be clen on my post cycle plan if this continues, lol.

Warrior, good luck on your goal. You should make 20lbs easy.

You may have wanted to slow down the eating a bit during the first week or so until the test started to kick in. Some of the extra food may go to fat during the first week since there isn't too much happening yet. However in your case it does sound like you started to add the water weight which may be more why people think you're getting fatter.

Will see on the pics 2 weeks ago, I sent the order form for Malboro, for the miles catalog, and I got a digital camera. But it takes 12-16 weeks. So lol We might only get after pics.

funny thing is I dont smoke, but just about everybody in the campus does, so I go around taking miles from empty boxes! And those that people happen to leave hanging around ;)

Ok will be using starting on 7/17/03 workout, the use of IN-Rage as a preworkout stimulant. So maybe I feel more motivated to lift. That and be able to increase the intensity.

Used it, headache almost instantly. Using 4 sprays 20 min before workout, and 4 sprays 5 mins before workout. The headache does go away 2 minutes after, I inhale it. Nothing noted from it yet! Will see As I progress.

Reporting weight, only 6lbs up from start. Weight, has stayed the same. :( . Strength, has been increasing, im still looking bigger, have been getting harder, could be due to some body fat loss. Or water loss. But Im not one happy camper, the insane lower back pains, havent stop. I cant bend over, I feel like im disabled. LOL. Will be bumping up calories all this week. I will gain weight one way or another!!:bash:

Monday : 7/21/03

Took first inject for week 3. It was the first time, that it got split up so injected only 250mg. Will be doing another shot on thursday 7/24/03. Right now its 7/23 and Im still sore from mondays injection on 7/21. So we can only hope that the soreness gets better soon!:redface:

Up 9lbs from start! 3lbs up from last week. Been kinda of depressed though, havent noticed myself getting bigger :( But I have been get compliments. My shirt dont fit me because of the neck. Strength did not go up much this week. Maybe because for like 3 days I took 15mg of dbol and not 25mg, because I left them at home, and was at work!!:mad: But now only relying on the test ethn, so lets see what this bad boy can do by himself:) Also this week took 3 days off, from training thanks to feeling sick, damn cold everyone around me has it! But looks like I beat the cold.

Ok So far getting harder, lost half an inch on the waist this is good news. Injected on Monday 7/28, got a ball on spot of injection first time, only hurts to touch and has gone down. I never posted but sometime towards the begining of week # 3, my left nipple started getting itchy, and very slightly sore. But I was waiting till I was sure it was gyno, and then eventually just started nolva at a mild 10mg ed. Started nolva on 7/28, and as of today, the sore nipples and itchyness is gone and its 7/31. Strength has been rising no dramatic weight increase. Trying to bump calories, but it gets harder and harder to eat more.

8/2/03 UPDATE

Okay nipples dont itchy but they look slightly puffy. Been eatting alot(3000 - 3500 calories), and strength increases have been coming along nicely but weight gain hasnt been coming to easily now. :cry: Will bump calories to 4000. Increase protein intake. By taking at least 2 servings of some protein shakes. BTW, injection from thursday has my ass again has developed another bump. Might be because of BA, on whats left of the 10ml bottle. Next week will be the last week with this bottle. Thank god! Ohh BTW, starting to get tighter, and harder, so maybe thats why my weight hasnt increase too much. I might be loosing some BF too.

Ok Little dissapointed weight still only 9lbs up. Will definetly be eatting more. But like I said, its looks like I have leaned up quite a bit. So I definetly lost some bf, so this could be the reason. Mind you I havent done cardio in god knows when. And my diet consists of at least wendys or burger king twice a day.

Ok Injected like on schedule yesterday 8/4, the pain was almost instant. Now today, 8/5, My ass has the biggest lump yet size of a baseball hurts like a mother. My ass is black, yellow, and every color imaginable. I did bleed alot when I pulled the needle out, so I probabaly passed thru, a vein and had internal bleeding in there. Ok also today bumped Nolva to 20mg ed. Because the puffy nippys werent dissapearing, and soreness was coming back. And can I say, I still get devastating pumps! For all you natrual guys who always want a pump, you dont want it! TRUST ME! :( :cry:

Ok this week, wasnt good horrible infection read about it on top. But strength has been coming at a higher rate now. Give me 2 more weeks at most 3 weeks, and I will be squatting 400lbs for reps. :) Weight gains havent been too stellar. Im up 1lb from last week for a total of 10lbs gained. (Note most came from the first 3 weeks. when on dbol :( )Witch leads me to think that my test is underdosed. My on going fight with gyno continues. Hopefully I can do better in the coming weeks. Next cycle will include Short esters. (Fina + Prop + Winny).

Up 2 - 3 lbs up for a total gain of 12-13lbs. Reached an all time high on bench 230 X 5.(sure to increase soon). This second bottle of QV test ethn feels better already, Im getting more acne now. :( , but it just makes me feel better, than the first bottle.

So are you done with your cycle now or is there more to come? Entire journal has been great reading. Sorry you probably WON'T like this but that first pinning episode had me grinning....(I don't know anything about that stuff but I had a workout partner who did) and well everywhere I read "inject,inject,inject"......it's not so easy as it sounds I know from his tales ......yours remind me of his.....but it looks like you got some nice gains.

No my cycle will end with week # 10. I mean that now, I will be training with a Personal Trainer, and will follow his advice. But technically I should still be under the effects of Test, until mid week of 12,(Since the long half Life of ethn.). But really I havent been at all impressed with this cycle, never again will I buy QV again. My upcoming cycle, in another 10 weeks, will be Proline. I will post my diet, as my PT is making it for me :rolleyes: now, if only I can follow it lol.

Dude best of luck with it and hell if you are paying somebody to construct a diet for you ......follow it!!! get your money's worth!
Sucks about the QV thing.....I just assume that's a brand or something (don't matter really).....it's of little consequence....pounds maybe aren't where you wanted them but how does everyone who hasn't seen you in a while see you ? That's the difference....

Yea QV's a brand. I didnt pay, for it the personal trainer, hes a friend and a competitive BB. I took exercise science, and I pretty much know what I need to eat, but man, chicken breasts and brown rice, 4 times a day with a dozen protein shakes. Just doesnt float my boat lol. But Im seriously trying to keep it, or stay as close too it as possible. With work it makes it harder, and alot of whey protein makes me lagerthic(not sure on spelling) go figure... But Im working on my diet.

HOLY JESUS did I read that right a DOZEN protein shakes? and 4 solid meals? That's some serious eating....I hear you on the brown rice....I got to mix that shtuff up with chicken or pork eating it plain just sucks! Dude with all those protein shakes you're going to need to be near the can a lot!

Weight has been the same total gain of 13-15lbs. Strength has been as always increasing. My diet sucks, I try I swear lol! I will be trying harder :rolleyes:

I've read through your whole journal... by watching your BP strength, I've noticed you've gotten a helluva lot stronger there. I wish I could make the gains your getting like this.

9/5 last shot at 250mg of test ethn. I ran short of 2 shots. There was no miscalculation by me. Just both bottles came under filled at 9ml. Will Start Clomid on 9/17(12 days after last shot!).

clomid day 1 300mg, next 10 days 100mg/ed, last 10 days 50mg ed

thxs man! Yea definetly into cycle 2. Will be Proline gear. And will be a cutting cycle. I wasnt to happy with this cycle. But its better than I could of done natrual.
