Blueberries are an excellent source of antioxidants, but the main thing is to just eat a variety of fruits and vegetables as most all of them contain some sort of valuable vitamin, mineral, and/or phytochemicals. Eating a variety of different colored fruits and vegetables would be a good start.
Also olive oil is an excellent source of antioxidants.
A multi-vitamin would be helpful so as to make sure that you are getting adequate amounts of vitamins and minerals in your diet.

Speaking of antioxidants, green tea has a good amount of it, and I heard it also boosts your metabolism :)
