Well, this is my first log, so I'll keep the intro sweet and short.
...Well thats the intro.
Sorry, I'm not big on small talk. :D

Anyways, I weight 147 lbs now, and my arms are about 11". My goal in weight is about 180 lbs. and my arms I'dd say just about 16 ".

I'm gonna try to eat more, I want to accomplish this goal in 6 months, then I'm going to start cutting.

I'll most likely start with the WBB routine #1, I hear its a good begginner routine, anyways, if you have any suggestions on anything post away!

Oh yeah, I'll start posting tommorow :)

Alright, here goes...

Day 1: back and chest

Back

Chin ups 6*2
Deadlifts 45lbs. 6*2
Shrugs 75lbs. 10*1

Chest

Flat barbell bench press 10KG-6*2
Low incline Dumbell press 25lbs.-6*2
Dips 6*2

Diet

Meal 1
1 bowl cereal
1 cup milk
2 toast w/ peanut butter

Meal 2
2 toast w/ peanut butter
2 milk
1 energy bar

Meal 3
1 milk
1 cup yogurt
1 cup cous cous

Protein:77.49
Cal:2132

Well, today was good, besides the diet, the workout felt good, although I think I could of used more weight on the deadlifts and I neglected to remember the barbell rows.

My diet took a huge fall, I spent half the day waiting for a few realtives to have supper with us, and it was suppose to be a big supper, so I cut back for the afternoon, but they never showed

I'll try to eat more tommorow, day 2, day of rest :D
