That is sweet news about you starting to post numbers. I did not post them either earlier on, and I really had not thought about it at the time, but in reality it is inevitable. Especially when you look back on what you have done....

Got to work them legs extra hard the next session then bro! :D

It's a matter of preference and how strong your tris are. I think if you should at least have 3 or 4 inches of bar in between each hand, otherwise you place your wrists at risk. I know most generally have either hand on the knurling with maybe at most a finger or two on the smooth. I keep my hands completely on the knurling, so my index finger is right on the edge of where the knurling meets the smooth. You could go closer but I don't see the point. If you aren't challenged enough add weight.

I hate when that happens man. People that do that should be castrated. Same with those guys that do curls in the power rack.
