ok, well theres a special at our local super market for turkey breast's, so i was thinking of buying a heap now and have them for dinner 2-3 times a week, but i cant think of what i could serve it with.. ill be consuming it as my 2nd last meal of the day, so it would have to go with something low carb, i was thinking serving it with cottage cheese with tomato's diced in the cheese, what else could you serve with turkey thats clean?

Don't ruin perfectly good turkey by adding vegetables!! :D
If its just your 2nd to last meal you might get away with some brown rice or a sweet potato. Since those are pretty complex carbs its not as bad as some other side items.

Ahhhh, cranberry sauce :drooling: and a little gravy :drooling: with mashed potatoes, dressing, green beans and fatback, and loads of sour dough rolls. Man I'm getting hungry.

mmm...for me it's turkey, corn, sausage stuffing and mashed potatoes all covered with gravy.
maybe a little fresh-made cranberry sauce mixed in for that zing!
Coat with peach preserves and bake.MMMMMM!!!GOOD.
It's a southern thing.
