I'm trying to bulk to get my body to be bigger but when I try to eat it aint workin for me.

I made 3 cheese hotdogs and could only finish 1.5 of them...I started to get sick.

I've been eating alot less lately and im not sure why. I used to eat like a behemoth hog.

Should i see a professional on this or what?

try eating smaller meals but more of them, like 6 a day.

Make sure you are getting plenty of exercise, sleeping well and drinking plenty of water. Your appetite will return soon enough.

yeah I guess ill save the rest of the hot dogs for later and eat more lil meals...thanks alot for the tip ill let ya know if you were right :)

even though you're on a bulk, you should try to keep everything clean, you don't want 5000 empty calories.

Smaller more frequent meals is a good suggestion, also eating more calorie dense foods will help get your calorie total up. You could also try incorporating some shakes to help get in those extra cals.

Are you lactose-tolerant? Milk is a great way (for me at least) to drink my calories and protein.
