Ok guys, I have been heavy lifting for 3 years now and have put on a lot of muscle. I'm 5'11, weigh 193, and want to start getting more cut and defined. Diet is a big part of the equation that I need some advice on. What should I be eating, how much, and when. I don't believe in supplements, so keep that in mind. Your suggestions should be easy for me to do and prepare. Anxious to get your replies to start now.
You can create an easy, effective, healthy diet with these few foods.
Whole wheat bread/bagels
Eat a balanced meal every 3 hours throughout the course of the day.
