The bodyweight formula for maintenance is 15-16*bw, but I would only use this as a rough estimate for determining maintenance cals. The most accurate way to determine your maintenance calories would be to track your cals for a week or two and adjust cals up/down in small increments until you are maintaining your current weight. A site like www.fitday.com is a useful site when tracking calories.

Here is a great website for calculating calorie maintenance. www.fitren.com/res3artp.cfm?artid=46

so by maintenance you mean cals that your body will use no matter what right? so if I ate 2000 everyday doesn't matter where is coming from (ice cream, fatty foods) I will not gain any weight?

Maintenance calories are the amount of calories needed to maintain your current bodyweight, and the type of calories will not matter. You would still want to makes sure that you are taking in adequate protein and EFAs.
