Hey Gang,

I had my brother take a few quick photos tonight so here's a few. I've been lifting now for about 4 months. I used to lift in high school but that's been a few years. So here's my progress now that I've started up again. I know some before pics would have helped but I guess these will turn into my before pics in 4 more months. If it helps, I've gained roughly 12 lbs. since the beginning of this year. Stats: 6'3" and I weight 177 lbs.

Let me know what you think.

Thanks icanrace. I've never had trouble staying lean though. Fast metabolism.

Great bi's, you also look very lean. Back and chest are lagging though.

Especially the back. Nice leanness!

My chest has always been a bit tricky. It's deceiving too because it's slightly pushed in. But I'm working on it.

Rastaman When you said Especially the back, were you agreeing with Manveet that it's lagging, or nice and lean? I've actually had a bit of improvement on my back in the last 6 weeks since I've added deadlifts to my back routine. There's still a ton of work to do but I'm happy so far.

Thanks for the input guys.

I meant that it's lagging. You're one step ahead though, already knowing it's something you have to work on.

Just to make sure I didn't come off as overly criticial, I just wanted to say you're looking great.

Arms are 14 1/2 before my workout. I haven't measured my chest yet. Calves are 15 and thighs are 23. Lot's of work to do but like I said, I'm really happy with the current results.
