Should you count liquids, or just food? Cuz I've been counting milk, pop, beer, etc.

absolutely

why wouldn't you?

it's hard to cut cals if you drink alot of them

when I'm cuttting I drink milk and protein shakes and if I have to some light Iced Tea

LOL, I've been gaining weight, which is my objective. :) I'm not gaining in terms of health, LOL.

with the exception of veggies, count everything that has calories
