I would like to show u my first week pics but the file size of these pics are around 500 - 700 k. ANy idea how to make them under 100 k?

DOes anyone know of a free program that can shrink the size of the pic because i wouild like to show u where i was when i first started but the pic size is huge.?

u can shrink them using any basic program, like paint. I'm no computer expert but that worked for me on my pics. If you still can't get them, shoot me a private message.

Weighing in morning at 144- 146
THe smallest weight i was 139.5 But i know ive gained a lot! Cant wait to see what the next 3 months look like!

WEll the smallest weight i ever was is 139.5 right before i started working out now i am at like 146ish!

Well I am hoping for maybe 160 weight wise with about 10%bf
I just getting ready to start my 12th week! I Also just got in 4 pounds of creatine and 5 pounds of protien! I have been eating a clean bulk i belive. I have cycled of creatine for about 17 days.! So starting monday I start my creatine. I also about 1 week ago changed all my exerices. I am doing one exerise like incline fly 5 sets of doing 12 reps 10,8 ,6 ,12 then 12 of like dumbell bench press to Where i can only do aobut 12 With whatever weight i am doing!
