WHEy Protein....URGH!!!!

Hello Folks, Just bought me some Vanila flavout of whey protein

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, nearly spewed when i tried it..... as i spent £24 , i dont fancy wasting it, any ideas to kill the Vanilla taste???

then it will taste kinda.....i don't know - like evaporated milk tastes.

I have the same prob.. They all tase horrible to me..

Heres what I do..

Pinch nose

Take a gulp..

Repeat till its gone lol..

Use water to mix it with and use as little as possible but make sure it mixes properly..

but then again, i dig flax too so maybe i'm just a freak.

Mix with with some vanilla ice cream and skim milk.

Funny that, like Tryska...I actually enjoy my shakes, although only in chocolate or strawberry varieties.

My protein shakes consist of one scoop strawberry, one scoop choc. 4 egg whites, skim milk and two ice cubes. YUM YUM:D

I meant just open your mouth and pour it in. Eat for fuel, not pleasure.
