I saw that sticky up there but i didnt want to search for what HIIT actually is. So can someone give me a brief overview as to waht HIIT is? Can I do it while gaining muscle mass and getting bigger? Or is it just for people who want to lose weight? Thanks in advance.

From what I understand, when you do HIIT, it targets fat instead of carbs.

IMO, if you do HIIT right, you can can muscle while losing fat.

HIIT is doing high intensity cardio that gets your heart pounding very quickly, and basically drains the hell out of you . An example would be doing sprints. But doing them balls to the wall. You shouldnt be able to breathe afterwards if you do them correctly :D
