15 male juss started up lifting, 6'0 about 155 or so

not too bad so far..

2 weeks

any 1 thats good with this give me some guide to whut diet i should take and lifting wise

I agree with Frank, starting eating man! You need to fill out that frame of yours. Definitely some good potential there.
